I’m a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc), amateur recipe developer, and lover of delicious, real food.

I grew up in a beautiful town called Ulladulla, on the south coast of NSW, Australia. It’s a stunning part of the world and I feel very lucky to call it home.

Good real food and health have always been a priority in the home I grew up and for this, I am beyond grateful. My parents are both amazing cooks and have inspired me since I was a young girl.

Having completed a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, my ambition is to help others optimise their health and wellbeing through good nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

I provide a warm yet realistic approach combined with a strong focus on education and client responsibility. I hope to instil in others my passion for good nutrition, cooking with real ingredients and finding enjoyment in food.
