mango smoothie bowl w/ granola + fruit


  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cheek fresh mango
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup water or coconut water
  • granola and coconut to top
  • fresh fruit to top


  1. Place mango, vanilla and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, coconut and fresh fruit.
