- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut milk or milk of your choice
- 1 cup cold water to add as you cook
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Place oats, coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium to high heat and stir to combine.
- Continue to stir consistently, adding the cold water as you go until the oats are cooked and nice and creamy.
- Pour the oats into a bowl and top with fresh berries and anything else you desire.
