As an accredited Clinical Nutritionist, Alex has an evidence-based approach, with the aim to provide recommendations that are sustainable for her clients in the long term.
Alex uses a combination of pathology and functional testing in conjunction with a comprehensive holistic assessment to evaluate your health. With this she will formulate the most effective treatment plan, ensuring you get the best results.
Individualised dietary and lifestyle advice will be provided after your consultation, along with nutritional prescriptions which can be delivered to your door.

The clinic is based online with consultations offered nationwide. Online consultations can be done from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. These consultations offer many of the benefits of an in-clinic experience.
Initial consultation (60 minutes)
An initial consultation with Alex will involve a comprehensive holistic assessment of your health, including an assessment of any current pathology, medical history, dietary intake and lifestyle factors. Alex will work with you to determine attainable health goals that will optimise your health and wellbeing.
An evidence-based treatment plan that will include health goals, dietary and lifestyle advice as well as nutritional supplementation (if required) tailored to support your individual needs. Referral for any necessary pathology, functional testing or alternative modalities to investigate and assist in maintaining optimal health and wellbeing. Your treatment plan will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your appointment.
Follow-up consultation (45 minutes)
Follow up consultations are an integral part of the treatment process and are usually scheduled within 2-4 weeks of our initial consultation. In these sessions, we can track your progress and make adjustments where necessary. The goal is to ensure you get the very most out of your journey towards better health and wellness.
Discuss progress from the initial consultation, address any questions or concerns relating to the health goals or treatment plan. Any adjustments and additions will be made to the treatment plan if required.
